  • Your church on the web

Having a website carries a message. It says, 'We've got something worth sharing!' Gone are the days when a website was simply a notice board in cyberspace. There are people who will want to find out where you are and what times your services are; but people will also want to find out what kind of church you are and what they might expect to find when they come in. iChurch is a way of being out there with an attractive, interactive, easy-to-maintain and inexpensive website.

  • A fully responsive theme

People will be viewing your site on all sorts of devices - from 27" desktop monitors, through laptops, tablets such as iPads to handheld smartphones. Imagine if your site could automatically adjust to the screen it was being viewed on. Well, your iChurch theme does! The iChurch theme is a fully responsive theme that automatically adjusts to whatever device it is being displayed on. That means it is always easy to read and to explore.

  • Why WordPress?

WordPress is a blogging platform, designed to be used by people with no prior knowledge of building websites or writing code. If you can use a word processor, you’ll quickly be able to be writing the pages and posts that are used to create the content of your website. WordPress is Open Source, which means it is constantly under development and improvement. What this means is that you are able to do more and more complex things more and more easily – and without knowledge of coding!

  • Share the work - and the pleasure!

As long as you're connected to the Internet, you're connected to your files.  Think about that.  It means, first of all, that you're not restricted to a particular computer to edit your files and update your site.  Secondly, it means that anyone else with a computer and who has your permission can contribute to the site.  Gather a group together to share the load and keep your site up to date and interesting.
